AIRPORT TRANSPORT
The Oakland neighborhood, home of the University of Pittsburgh, is served by public transportation, and guests can take the 28X bus from Pittsburgh International Airport to University Place, located two blocks from the hotel. Visitors can also arrange for personal transportation via Uber, Lyft, or zTrip directly to and from the hotel.

Cathedral of Learning & The Nationality Rooms
The 42-story Late Gothic Revival Cathedral of Learning, standing at 535 feet, is a landmark listed in the National Register of Historic Places and the second-tallest educational building in the world. It houses the University of Pittsburgh's Nationality Rooms, gifts from ethnic communities honoring their cultural heritage and contributions, with 31 rooms representing diverse cultures, 19 completed by 1957 and 12 added since 1987, and recently home to nesting peregrine falcons.

The Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall and Museum is a National Register of Historic Places landmark and is the largest memorial in the United States that is dedicated solely to honoring all branches of military veterans and service personnel.
